Job Description: Team Manager - £35,000 to £45,000 incl. car allowance plus benefits. The successful candidate will possess outstanding team management and performance experience coupled with a thorough knowledge of payroll legislation and processes. This is a client facing role so strong business to business background is an absolute prerequisite. The successful candidate will be required: � To act as a point of escalation for the team and clients for any queries or associated product information. � To increase customer satisfaction by providing a strong support structure to customers. � To lead the daily activities of the team and provide an escalation route when required. � To plan and review key project milestones to ensure timely go-lives. � To ensure all key skills are in place and identify any personal training requirements of team members. � To assist with the roll out of all new business procedures. � To hold regular 1:1's with team members for feedback into incentive reviews. � To be responsible for collecting and reporting statistics as required and monitor these on a regular basis. � To set goals and objectives to ensure consistent team standards. � To identify corrective action taken as part of any internal performance monitoring programs. � To ensure all processes are delivered using a consistent best practise approach. � Liaison with sales and client support � To assist in client facing meetings, planning and face-to-face project meetings for new clients as appropriate as required � To manage the human resource issues to ensure appropriate staffing levels. � To manage the performance of all team members including objective setting and KPIs. � To carry out performance appraisals for team members and takes follow up actions. � To support the recruitment process by attending internal/external interviews PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU LIVE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF THIS LOCATION.
