Job Description: Adecco Recruitment in Bolton are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Rehabilitation Administrator to work for a leading claims management company based in the Bolton area.

This is a 3 month fixed term contract. Starting salary is £15,345 (There is possible extension to contract, which could lead to a permanent contract). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business that offers progression and developmental benefits.
Hours -
Monday: 11:30 - 20:00
Tuesday: 11:30 - 20:00
Wednesday: 11:30 - 20:00
Thursday: 11:30 - 20:00
Friday: 08:30 - 15:00
Saturday: 10:00 - 12:00
Sunday: Non-working day
Job spec:
Key Responsibilities:
• To be available to work out of normal working hours and overtime as reasonably requested to ensure the efficient and timely processing of department work
Non-Screened Rehabilitation and Diagnostics Services:
• Process standard rehabilitation & diagnostic quote requests
• Process standard rehabilitation & diagnostic referrals
• Forward rehabilitation & diagnostic treatment results
• Action standard rehabilitation & diagnostic chases, including chasing appointments, updates and treatment results
• Handle incoming e-mails, faxes, letters and telephone calls on rehabilitation & diagnostic issues as required
• Any other duties as allocated by management
Screened Rehabilitation Services:
• Action and process New Rehabilitation screening calls, incoming reports, queries/issues and chases as required
• Ensure all files are processed correctly at the time specified
• Action as required incoming new rehabilitation e-mails, faxes, letters and telephone calls requesting the above services
• Log all relevant information including dates/times/contacts to ensure a full audit trail
• Ensure any information required by other team members, teams or individuals is passed immediately with any relevant information/explanation
• Accurately maintain any statistical information requested
• Any other duties as allocated by management
