Job Description: Customer Service Administrator (Temporary to permanent) - £16,000 - £17,000 Bicester Our client is a professional and innovative company who are market leaders in their field. They are expanding their UK operations and are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their Order Management department, initially on a temporary basis with the potential to become a permanent position. In this role you will be tasked with providing high levels of support to internal clients, ensuring the efficient delivery of customer orders across the globe. You will have sole responsibility for up to 3 countries and will assist your colleagues in these areas by following up customer orders, chasing outstanding orders, producing reports and dealing with customer queries. The position requires a highly customer focused individual with previous experience in a customer facing, office based role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential and any additional languages would be advantageous (Dutch, German or Scandanavian languages). Our client is seeking a dynamic, proactive and hardworking personality who will enjoy working as art of a driven team. You will also need to be IT literate with good Excel skills.
