Job Description: Software Sales - New business/Bid Manager - IT Software solutions company - Gloucestershire
B2B - near Stroud – Circa £25K basic + commission (40K - £70K OTE – uncapped commission) + Pension + Car allowance.
Project People is recruiting on behalf of an IT software firm with excellent growth and a very bright future in a secure industry. They require a natural salesperson to handle their client needs and develop business as an integral part of their team.
You will be office based with regular client visits. Your responsibilities will; include seeking out new opportunities within Local Authorities, County Councils and government organisations (experience in this sector beneficial). You will be involved in the tender process and have the ability to work with clients with multiple stakeholders who have a longer, more involved sales process.
The ideal candidate will be confident and outgoing in manner, tenacious, friendly, confident and be able to sell software solutions business to business in particular within the public sector. You should also be IT literate and have a good knowledge of the internet and internet software.
