Job Description: We are recruiting a new vacancy on behalf of one of our great clients. They require a confident customer services person who is happy to take inbound calls which may include customers who have had problems with billing or who are making a complaint. Therefore if you are a person who can handle this type of caller well please do call or email your CV. The successful applicant will have a steady work history in Customer services, good up to date IT skills and be a confident communicator (preferably with call centre experience)
This job is week days, no shifts and no weekends with a great company who will train and develop your skills.
