Job Description: Our client is a large international call centre based in Longbenton. Due to continued growth they are now seeking to recruit a number of customer service agents to join them in a new department working on behalf of a major finance company. The position will involve dealing with customers via inbound calls and emails, and resolving their account problems and queries via troubleshooting and gathering of information. Dimension & Scope of Role: Interface with customers via inbound calls and e-mails for the purpose of resolving account problems and queries from the clients customers. All candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. 6 - 12 months experience in a customer support environment is preferred. Experience within an internet company or financial institution would be preferred. All candidates must be able to pass a credit check. A basic level of IT skill is also required. Starying salary for this role is £14,138 per annum basic + bonus. The roles are permanent and full time, and candidates must be flexible to work shifts between: Monday to Friday 8am - 10pm, Saturday 8am - 9pm, and Sunday 9am - 9pm.
