Job Description: THRIVING RESTAURANT CHAIN LOOKING FOR MULTI SITE AUDITOR FOR THEIR LONDON LOCATIONS - EXCELLENT £PACKAGE AND CAREER PROSPECTS.
My Client is a thriving ,modern restaurant chain that provide an exciting environment for its customers . As they continue to grow , they realise the need for an internal auditor to help drive profits and to implement best practice.
YOU MUST HAVE;
Experience of working within a hospitality environment.
A keen understanding around the implementation of loss prevention measures.
A successful record in achieving targeted profit improvement.
Key Accountabilities
1. Reduction in overall company loss
2. Identification of all potential loss areas and priorities
3. Monitor progress of investigations of loss/fraud/procedural abuse etc
4. Prioritisation of restaurants causing biggest loss
5. Maintain LP awareness on systems
6. Cost control awareness
