Looking for a genuine challenge? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and exceptional Production Planning Manager to join this major food manufacturer. The company continues to grow and this is an opportunity to join at a time of real change and make an immediate impact.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing the whole planning function, whilst have full autonomy and accountability for the operation as well as forecasting and demand planning. With a team of 6 you will have an empowering and inclusive management style, whilst playing an integral part in the liaison with production, commercial and the customer.
The ideal candidate will be of Graduate calibre coming from within a chilled food manufacturing environment. You will have a strong understanding of Production Planning principles and systems, whilst having customer facing exposure. A proven track record of success in dealing with a complexity of products and process is key.
