An award winning company based in Manchester City Centre are seeking enthusiastic, Bilingual, Trilingual, Multi-lingual’s to join their European Sales Division

 

Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Job Description

 

• Receive incoming reservation calls

• Promoting Our Clients products and services where appropriate

• Contribute to the achievement of team targets

• Facilitate on-going improvements in our service and prices and the continuous improvement of the Reservations Centre

• Track all reservations on-request

• Provide the customer with a timely and efficient response.

• Working as part of a team, to ensure that all customers receive a high quality service

 

Skills / Experience

 

Fluent English along with one of the specified languages below

Experience of Customer Service, Travel & Leisure, Travel & Tourism, Sales

Uncompromising honesty & a good sense of humour

 

Language Vacancies

 

• Italian Speaker x 5 vacancies

Salary Package / Bonus /Hours of Work

Basic £12,500 p.a. + Uncapped OTE Earnings Over - £35,000

Top Earners Banked over £44,000 last year

Working in the heart of Manchester City Centre, close to all major transportation links, metro links, train stations, bus routes, close to theatres, restaurants, cafe’s.

Offices open from 8.00 am – 10.00 pm

7 days per week

Your hours of work are calculated at 37 ½ per week (rotating shift pattern, issued four weeks in advance)
