Italian Reservations Agent Manchester £25,000 - £40,000
An international online company currently require x 6 Native Level Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding Italian Division. The ideal candidate should be dynamic with a pro-active outlook keyed with an excellent telephone manner.
Italian Customer Service Job Description
Take inbound customer calls on behalf of the Italian market
Offering the best possible level of service and commitment within the industry
Make accurate reservations throughout
Ensure every customer is dealt with in a courteous manner
Promoting the company brand
Data capture – Email, Address, Telephone Numbers
Above all else working using your own initiative
Your Experience
Strong customer focus and a team player
Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators in a timely manner
We seek candidates from the Customer Service, Travel, Leisure, Hospitality, Restaurant, Sales sectors.
