French Reservations Agent Manchester City Centre (Realistic Earnings £38,000)

Main ojective is to deliver exceptional customer service levels at all time by keeping the customer’s needs in focus.

Core Responsibilities

*  Deal with customers in a professional manner

*  Handling inbound reservations calls throughout Europe and the UK

*  Carry out reservations, explain about rental options and deal with queries

*  Handle customers in accordance with the company start of hire procedure

*  Answer the telephone as defined in the Operations Manual

*  Maximise revenue by selling additional products and services at all times

*  Carry out any general administration and paperwork as required

*  Complete any other task as reasonably requested by the manager or supervisor

Reservations Agent Salary / Training Package

* Excellent Uncapped commission  - Realistic Earnings £38,000!!! Uncapped!!!!

* Basic salary of £12,500
