Inbound Sales Advisor Manchester / Inbound Reservations Agent OTE £35,000 - £40,000

Do you want to join a growing team in an exciting call centre environment?

In this role, successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through oral and written communication to customers worldwide. You will successfully convert customer enquiries into reservations. Previous inbound customer service / sales experience preferred. 

Key responsibilities for this role

•        Adhere to the high level of customer service that this organisation is known for

•        Identify customer needs, promoting appropriate products and services and attaining customer commitment as well as sales closure

·         Demonstrate good oral/written communication and listening skills

•        Possess drive and aspiration to achieve targets through up-selling and product/destination knowledge

Skills Required

•        Punctuality and time-keeping of a high standard

•        Excellent written and oral communication skills

•        Courteous and polite when dealing with customers and other staff

•        A highly motivated, enthusiastic and determined personality

In return we will offer you

•        20 days paid annual leave

•        £12,500 + Competitive commission structure OTE £35,000 - £40,000

•        Top Earners – Billing £43,000!!!

•        Full Time: - You will be required to work a rotational shift pattern covering the call centre opening hours of 08:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 – 22:00 Saturday and Sunday. Shifts will be allocated in advance to meet the staffing requirements of the Call centre

•        Training – 10 Day Internal Training Paid Training Course
