Job Description: My client based Paignton are seeking Part-time Call centre administrators. As one of the principal Uk providers of Dog warden and pest control services to local authorities it is a fast growing company to be part of. You will have the choice of Working Sunday,Saturday and all bank holidays (7 hours per day) or Saturday-Monday 4.00pm-10.00pm/11.00pm or Tuesday-Thursday 4.00pm-10.00pm/11.00pm As Front line contact centre staff you will take direct calls form the public on dog related maters, prepare electronic reports, send these to our staff by e-mail, process and distribute responses ,again received electronically. Co-ordinate and instruct operational field staff prioritise workloads and up date web sites and other associated admin duties. Candidates must be proficient in Outlook and Office and have excellent and proven telephone manners. This is a Temporary to Permanent role Immediate start
