Job Description: European Sales Manager (Medical Devices). £35K-£45K plus bonus and benefits. Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of neonatal ventilators and related products.
They are looking for a professional and experienced Sales Manager with strong business development and account management skills to drive sales activities in the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for the development, growth and management of existing and new product sales through distributor networks within the European markets. The key requirement of the role is to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing sales channels and to focus on long-term customer development. You will undertake competitor analysis, attend trade shows and product training sessions, demonstrate SLE products and ensure a regular call cycle and client visits are in place.
You are likely to have at least 5 years experience in a similar role within the region with knowledge of the European Critical Care market. Your negotiation, presentation and time management skills will be essential and experience in the sales of ventilation, life support and critical care equipment will be important. A Business or Life Science degree or similar qualifications would be preferred and a second or third European language would be a distinct advantage.
