Search and Homeserve are working closely together to recruit experienced Sales people for their successful Outbound Sales Team. Contacting new and existing customers, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, by hitting individual and team targets through already developed rapport building and sales techniques. In turn, you will receive full support and training, and the scope to develop your sales career with the company. Package and salary details below: · Competitive starting salary £15309 · Uncapped bonus · 22 days hol + Bank hols · Buy and sell hols · Company contributory pension up to 6% (after 6 months service) · Share save scheme · Free Village Hotel Gold Gym membership (after 3 months service) · One site subsidised canteen with internet cafes · Free car parking · Free policies available · Dress down Fridays Hours of work: Mon-Thurs (12.30pm - 8pm), Fri (10am - 6pm) and 1 in 4 Sat (10am - 4pm).
