Job Description: We have a vacancy for an associate with 3 years' PQE in our market leading Intellectual Property group. We have a particular requirement for an associate who specialises in the life sciences (pharma, biotech and medical devices) sector, with a focus in the regulatory field. We are looking for a pharmaceutical/regulatory law specialist, with solid experience in this sector, working with one of the leading firms in this field. A background in life sciences would be helpful, but is not essential. Excellent academics are a pre-requisite. As part of our pre-eminent Intellectual Property Department, the life sciences practice has been consistently recognised as the leader in its field. With many of our lawyers having bio-science backgrounds, we understand both the science and technology and the legal and commercial issues affecting drug development and exploitation. We advise our clients on the broadest range of matters, from multi-jurisdictional patent litigation, regulatory regimes and technology licensing to commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions and corporate financings. The successful candidate will play a key role in the team as a pharmaceutical/regulatory law specialist, advising on a range of matters including regulatory issues, clinical trials and clinical trial agreements, commercial agreements, licensing agreements and medical advertising etc. Mint resourcing is acting on behalf of a client for this position
