Job Description: UI / UX / User Interface / User Experience Designer – Sheffield
We require User Experience Expert to join a team of creative, innovative Designers working with a leading Agency working on high profile accounts. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects working on a variety of web projects and as a Senior member of the team influence the direction that projects take.
Skills Required:
•Experience using Adobe Photoshop
•Experience using Adobe Illustrator
•Understanding of design theory, typography, colour and layout to create clean inspirational designs
•The ability to design user interfaces from paper prototypes through to finalised visual designs
•Experience of front end web development – xHtml, CSS and Javascript
•Be passionate about web technologies, driven to succeed and keep up to date with advances
Key responsibilities:
•Visual design of user interfaces for content managed websites
•Visual design of user interfaces for e-commerce websites
•Creation of website style guidelines where necessary
•Work within a team environment to deliver requirements to spec within timescales
•Be Client facing
•Design and develop brand logos, brand identity and other illustration work where necessary
