Job Description: Chef De Partie (Lancaster outskirts) We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for a busy establishment near the Lancaster area in the North West, this position would also suit a Commis Chef ready to step up to Chef de Partie. The ideal Chef de Partie candidate will have rosette experience and extensive banqueting knowledge. The right chef de partie will also be able to demonstrate longevity of service and have at least 2 years experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen dealing with all fresh produce. The role will involve split and straight shifts. Live in can be provided for the suitable chef de parties, Salary depending on level from £15k to £16k with family leisure club membership (value £1000) and other company benefits included
