Job Description: Maintenance Superintendent – Permanent – Salary Negotiable
Ably Resources are currently seeking an experienced, degree qualified Maintenance Superintendent for a staff position, with our client in the Aberdeen area.
We require the ideal candidate to have the following attributes:
Previous experience in dealing with the Supervision of Maintenance personnel in an offshore environment.
Sound knowledge of current legislation, standards, codes and regulations for all types of assets.
Previous experience with computerised management systems.
Expert knowledge in one or more of the following: maintenance of Rotating Equipment, Electrical, Instrumentation equipment, or experience in the inspection of Static Equipment.
In-depth knowledge of the selection of maintenance strategies reliability modelling, RCM, RBI, FMEA and criticality techniques.
Ability to submit accurate and up to date reports on all maintenance issues, interpret and implement complex plans, schedules and deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure to effectively meet tight maintenance deadlines.
Appropriate knowledge of offshore installation management regulations.
