The business is now seeking an individual to assume this new role of Centre Manager.

GPRS Recruitment has been engaged to shortlist a small number of experienced management professionals for the role and are seeking to attract only the finest talent today.

You will have a proven track record in Senior Management, being able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills. Solutions driven and a Self Starter with a “get stuck in!” approach, you will be required to manage and coordinate the performance and productivity of a team of Assessors and Lecturers to ensure effective delivery of apprenticeships and learning programmes to key clients. Providing guidance and support to your team you will be responsible for ensuring targets and deadlines are met, managing the assessment and review process to ensure consistency of reviews, assessment and portfolio building, tracking progress and achievement. Planning and supervising the development and delivery of lesson plans, preparation of learning materials and assignments ensuring quality standards are maintained. In addition to the above, successfully maintaining existing working relationships with awarding bodies, customers, learners and parents you will also be responsible for building relationships with new businesses and external organisations.

Non negotiables for this role include excellent communication skills, along with strong performance and people management skills with the ability to motivate staff with a “hands on” approach as well as being able to drive the business forward. Creative, responsive and used to working under pressure and tight deadlines this role requires a superior level of personal drive - wanabee’s need not apply! Experience and knowledge of learning programmes, curriculum development and Awarding Body requirements is desirable along with Teaching/Assessing experience. Candidates must hold a Full UK Driving licence as you will be required to visit clients when needed.
