Job Description: 25000-25000 GBP Per Year German Speaking Senior Service Desk Analyst FPSG are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Senior Service Desk Analyst for prestigious multinational organization based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual German candidate to utilize both their technical helpdesk experience and supervisory experience to further their career in a global leader.The RoleYou will be responsible for providing first line telephone and email support for desktop, laptop, printer and telephone problems on behalf of German speaking internal customers. In addition, you will be providing guidance, resolution or an escalation point for issues/enquiries for the German 1st Line Support team and taking responsibility to ensure these are successfully resolved. You will be carrying out appraisals for the team and highlighting any training and development that is required.
