Job Description: 6.5-6.75 GBP Per Hour Evening Customer Service Advisor Role **Starting 31st August 2010** Shifts are; Sunday 12 - 8pmMonday 3pm - 8pmTuesday 3pm - 10pmWednesday 3pm - 10pmThursday 2pm - 10pmFriday OFFSaturday OFF ** These are set shifts and therefore can not be changed upon request **This is an evening Inbound Customer Service Advisor Role based in Chadderton Oldham working in an exciting environment within a committed contact centre team dealing with customers of a leading high street retail brand. As a customer Service Advisor, you will be responding to a diverse range of customer calls from Internet shoppers & users. You must be able to cope well under pressure, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with minimal direct supervision, Most of all we are looking for people who are warm and friendly and can empathise with our Customers.
