You will proactively develop activity to target new business sales, as a telesales professional you will need to identify the target market and have the ability to build rapport with new business customers.

Main responsibilities usually include: 

• Selling advertising space to current and new advertisers.

• Sourcing new business.

• Monitoring competitors, chasing relevant leads to increase advertising revenue

• Build relationships with clients by telephone, email and letter.

• making effective business telephone calls.

• Developing and encouraging other revenue producing services.

• Working towards individual and team revenue targets.
