A full service, commercial private practice firm. They act for household names in Retail, Fashion, as well as energy, in addition the FTSE 100 companies. Currently they are looking for a solicitor to join them who has gained a minimum of 2PQE and has gained good experience, working mainly for Corporate/respondents. The work is a mixture of contentious and non contentious matters, dealing on corporate support where necessary.
