Job Description: 35000-60000 GBP Per Year JOB TITLE: Sales Executive - Co Location ServicesSELLING: Co Location ServicesSELLING TO: UK SME'sTERRITORY: South UK (City Focus)LOCATION: South EastPACKAGE: Basic: £35K to £60K, x2 OTE, BenefitsCOMPANY INFORMATION- Established 10 years- 50 Employees- 70% Growth year on year- PrivateYOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING- Sold Co Location. Strong Ideal is competitor background (Companies of interest: Blue Square, Tele House, Telecity, Global Switch, and Interaction)- Would look at people with 1+ years in IT Infrastructure sales at the junior end of the package.- Open to New Business and Account Management profiles. ROLE INFORMATION- You will be selling the companies Data Centre Services which are essentially Co-Location services (The Rack on the Data Floor, Power and Bandwidth) - You will focus on New Business retaining the accounts as you win them. There will also be some existing accounts for you to take over. - You will be covering the south of the UK (Milton Keynes down to the coast) with a focus in London. - You will target Horizontal SME's and deals will range from £4500 per annum to £400k per annum with an average of £20/25k per annum. Deals are typically sold on three year contracts. - Sales cycles are typically one to two months. - You will be targeting CTO level points of contact. - Target is TBC depending on your level of experience.
