Job Description: 17000-17000 GBP Per Year Job Description As a Customer Services Advisor for Allied Bakeries (London), your role is to be a primary point of contact for all customers. You will receive inbound calls relating to order adjustments, credits and service issues, and will be required to communicate delivery or service issues to the relevant internal department. You will also be required to initiate contact with customers in order to maximise sales, and to increase order volumes. Delivering excellent Customer Service, you will report directly into the Customer Services Manager. Salary A competitive salary of £17,000 per annum. Key Accountabilities of a Customer Services Advisor Provide excellent levels of Customer Service Demonstrate a consistently high professional telephone answering service to customers Enter all order amendments into the main business system accurately and on time Pro-actively advise customers in advance with information about known service or delivery issues Provide a daily summary of service or delivery related issues Accurately authorise and enter customer credit notes Log all customer credits, complaints and queries onto the system according to the agreed procedures Resolve all customer complaints and queries within the agreed timeframes Escalate unresolved queries to the senior team member in the event the customer is not satisfied with the initial response Adhere to nationally agreed Customer Service level agreements Adhere to all departmental and Company wide procedures Support, and work towards improving the team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Work as a member of the team, supporting the team objectives Maximise sales through selling skills and strong relationships Continually strive to improve the service offered by the Customer Services department Skills, qualifications and experience To excel as a Customer Services Advisor, we ask that you possess;Excellent telephone skills Experience of working in a Customer Services environment Well developed analytical and communication skills PC skills with full knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail Degree level education or equivalent preferred Full UK Driving License preferred Food Industry Knowledge preferred This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm and individual must have flexibility of working bank holidays and weekends on a rota system.
