Job Description: Domiciliary Branch Manager
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, pro rata.
Location: Leeds
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to work for a successful domiciliary care branch in Leeds.
My client is one of the larger domiciliary care companies based in the UK; they provide care staff in the home to varying different service users from elderly to individuals with physical disabilities.
They are looking for a dedicated and professional manager with extensive knowledge of the domiciliary care sector as well a full understanding of CQC regulations.
As a branch manager you will be overseeing the day to day running of the branch, some of the duties include: tendering for business, leadership direction and mentoring for staff, incorporation training schedules to develop your team, budget management and forecaster etc.
All applicants must have an RMA / LMC and strong history in working within a similar role.
The salary is £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, pending on experience.
