A well established Childrens Care Service based in the West Midlands Area are looking for a Registered Manager to open up a new home based in the Birmingham Area.
Your role will be to manage a 4 bedded residential home for young people with challenging behaviour ensuring the highest quality of care and support if provider for the young people.
You will be the registered person of the home, so you must have a strong knowledge of the Ofsted procedures. Recruiting staff and ensuring training is up to date.
You will be working within a fast growing, supportive, experienced company offering fantastic benefits and growth for promotions.
