Have you worked within the domiciliary care service??
One of the most well established home care services based in the Leeds area are looking for a new care coordinator to join the team.
You will be working for a fantastic domiciliary and recruitment company, this company is growing everyday with new and exciting opportunities within the home care sector.
Your duties will be to;
. Manage the staff within your sector,
. Conducting recruitment and selection
. Ensuring rotas are complete
. Staff allocation to shifts
. Quality checks
. On call duties
. Reviews
. Working along side the manager in ensuring smooth running of the branch, and the highest quality of care is given to service users within their own home
