Job Description: 16000-19000 GBP Per Year Marketing Coordinator Salary: £16,000 – £19,000 + Excellent Benefits THE ROLE This role is ideal for anyone looking for the next step in their career within Marketing and the right candidate will be looking to build a successful career with a dedicated employer. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for marketing, a desire to learn and the ability to work on your own initiative. Duties will include:Initiate and monitor the progress of marketing campaigns covering most elements of the marketing mix including advertising, email marketing, direct mail and online campaigns Source print and mail quotes Source promotional items and quotes Initiate, write and issue press releases, articles and newsletters. Plan the timing of the Group’s PR to maximise the effectiveness of press releases and articles. Initiate, write and publish content to the Group intranet and manage regular updates, including internal communications with key staff. Responsibilities:To develop the internal and external communication plans and to provide support for a number of brands. To follow new initiatives through from initial briefing to planning, delivery and monitoring. To be involved in the writing and planning of marketing campaigns. Requirements:+2 years experience of working in a marketing, advertising or agency environment To have experience of supervising staff and motivating them to produce first class work, on time and within budget Excellent writing skills and grammatical knowledge. Able to write press releases and news articles and ideally with a grasp of financial services industry issues. Be a confident and persuasive communicator at all levels of management, verbally and in writing. Have excellent Excel abilities. Be an excellent organiser.
