They are now looking for highly motivated Inside Sales Executives based from their offices in Croydon. They offer a very competitive salary and package for the right candidates.RoleAs an Inside Sales Executive you will be responsible for providing pre-sales product and solutions support, qualify all incoming and outbound new business opportunities, and distribute qualified leads to appropriate Sales Executives. The role will serve as the initial primary point of contact for all potential/future customers. This is an excellent growth opportunity offering a variety of career paths including sales, marketing or account management. This role will serve as the bridge from leads generated by the Research and Marketing Teams to qualified opportunities delivered to the Sales Team.Essential Job Functions:Greet all inbound customer prospect enquiries via phone and email and make outbound calls to pre-qualified prospects to identify initial business opportunities.Research target companies online in order to pre-qualify.Qualify all sales enquiries for potential lead promotion to Sales Team for further development.Ability to provide general product information related to all of clients products and offerings during initial phone consultations.Schedule demos and more in depth follow ups for the sales team based upon initial prospecting calls.Follow up on various marketing campaigns and events which typically generate a large number of leads. Person Spec (10 has the highest weighting)10 - Minimum of 1 year of sales/customer support experience required10 - Ambition to grow within organization10 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills10 - Good interpersonal skills; self starter10 - Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge.10 - Self-driven & motivated with a can do attitude9 - Degree is desirable, but not essential9 - Knowledge of Contact Management Tools and Microsoft Office9 - Knowledge of eCommerce and Online Marketing Industry a plus.Solutions Driven Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
