Job Description: 16000-18000 GBP Per Year 2 x contract consultants required to work within the Adecco branch at Bristol on a 6 month fixed term contract.You will be supporting a key client in recruiting and resourcing personnel for this account.No recruitment experience necessary but you will need to have some sales experience and a strong desire to succeed within a fast paced environment. This is a fast paced environment where no two days are the same and you will have a real opportunity to get involved in the business and build a steady career in recruitment.Duties will include:Support consultants on key vacancies by screening and interviewing candidates.Upload candidate information on to the internal databaseActively network amongst clients and prospective clients to raise the profile of Adecco's services and to identify sales leads.To proactively sell candidates to appropriate companies who have had a past requirement for the candidates' skill set.Interview and assess candidates to fully understand their capabilities and ensure best possible job matching.Provide feedback to candidates to enable them to identify development needs and build their suitability for vacancies.Build intelligence on client companies through reviewing candidates' interview experience and advising future candidates on their interview strategiesGeneral administration duties such payroll, database admin and processing timesheets.We are looking for people that really want to work in recruitment and have a natural and outgoing personality that would fit well into our environment.You may have just finished University or have experience in other areas but as long as you are ready to take on this exciting challenge then we would like to hear from you!SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: * Process-driven; * Strong team player; * Driven and proactive; * Business Acumen * Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally and externally; * Excellent written and oral communication skills; * Strong customer focus and flexibility to think of ways to facilitate working with the business; * Flexibility and change orientation - ability to work in new and adapting structure with a large volume of high priority tasks.
