Job Description: Electrical maintenance engineer (6 month fixed term contract)
South Bristol/ North Somerset (BS40)
£29500 + overtime
Working with the one of the leading food manufacturers in the UK you have the opportunity to join a high profitable company where you will be constantly challenged and have the opportunity to earn over £30000 through overtime.
In this role you will work a four on four off 12 hour days and nights shift pattern working on food production machinery. You will have the ability to diagnose and repair faults, have knowledge of electronic and electrical systems as well as a strong electrical background. Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
With 2010 being a excellent year in regards to profits this company have been able to invest heavily into this flag ship site meaning all engineers are constantly challenged by working on the best machinery available.
The Role
*Planned preventive maintenance and breakdown repair.
*Working 4 on 4 off 12 hour days and nights
*6 Month fixed term contract.
*Working on food production machinery
*Mostly electrical maintenance.
The Person
*Must have experience of maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
*Electrical qualification such as 16th/17th edition.
* Must have PLC fault finding experience.
*Ideally from a food of FMCG background
