Job Description: FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS / CONTRACT MATURITY ADVISORS ROTHERHAM - MANVERS ROLES START 6th SEPTEMBER & 20th SEPTEMBER SHIFTS: 37.5 HOURS * Working 5 days either 9am-5pm / 8am-4.30pm (Includes either a Saturday OR Sunday working). We are looking to recruit experienced Customer Service Advisors for full time shifts working on a major new account at Ventura. The roles are working within Financial Services and involve dealing with Contract Maturity and Customer Services. You will be making both outbound and taking inbound calls from customers of a prestigious car company and dealing with customers finance, settlement figures, complaints, payments and dealership enquiries. You will be required to give exceptional customer service at all times, have the ability to use IT systems and able to work out payments and finance settlement figures for customers. The role requires candidates to be extremely accurate, professional and have the ability to work methodically. You will be dealing with car dealerships and other internal departments as well as being able to spot finance opportunities to pass on to the direct sales department. Full Training will be provided - 5 weeks Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - NO HOLIDAY IS ALLOWED DURING THIS PERIOD!!! Skills needed: * Excellent telephone manner. * Professional attitude as you will be speaking to client customers. * Good standard of education. * Excellent IT and keyboard skills - able to use Microsoft packages. * Numerical as you will be dealing with finance settlement figures. * Good communication skills. * Able to multi task. * Able to take ownership of a customer request and see this through to a resolution. * Able to commit to the initial training without holidays booked. (5 weeks). * Able to provide proof of address, right to work and NI number. * Able to pass a credit check.
