Job Description: Are you montessori trained, then we may have the position for you. You will be required to work alongside the Manager to support and assist them with the running of the Nursery. The successful applicant will understand how to manage staff and develop excellent relationships with parents as well as having a very good understanding of the EYFS curriculum. Some of your responsibilities will include: To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education To ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times. To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with your team reflective of the EYFS To work in partnership with the parents and provide good customer service To ensure confidentiality at all times. You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience: � NNEB, Btec National Diploma, CACHE level 3 Diploma, NVQ level 3, SNVQ Level 3, Foundation Degree, EYPS or equivalent Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines Good time management skills Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation Knowledge of EYFS Excellent communication skills Strong people management skills Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc. This opportunity would be great for you as a Childcare Practitioner to develop your career further within a supportive and professional environment
