The role involves providing an advice and design service to our client’s customers, whether in their homes or in-store. The key factor is that you'll need to be available at times that best suit the customer.
The support you’ll receive, from our clients award winning CAD system, to the dedicated customer service centre means you’re set up to succeed. Whether your design experience is in kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms or conservatories, you’ll find their fantastic range of products and truly market leading services (including finance and installation) help their customers create homes to be proud of.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for driving sales and maximising customer conversions in our kitchen, bathroom and conservatory departments. You will be given full product training so previous experience is not essential – all that will be required is a passion for sales and driving revenue through providing excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contributing to and driving showroom sales by effectively driving sales
• Achieving all sales targets and converting leads
• Development & negotiation of sales
• Customer Service Champion ' putting the customer first' through a customer driven approach to sales
• Designing kitchens, bathrooms etc to customers expectations (training will be given)
