Job Description: STORE MANAGER
THE ROLE
As a Store Manager, you’ll be up for every challenge that comes your way, motivating and developing your team while going that extra mile to please our customers. Of course, you’ll drive sales and deliver the kind of store performance that’s taking every part of the business from good to great. But you’ll also know that what makes a great manager is integrity, energy and the ability to lead by example.
Our client wants managers to reflect the stores themselves – which is why fun, bright and friendly personalities always shine. Show us you’re proficient at retail management and prove you’ve got plenty of ambition, and we’ll reward you with a career you’ll want to shout about.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will need to be a talented retailer with a passion for customer service, people management and a strong desire to succeed. Our client has a range of stores and as such can offer the opportunity for progression throughout the company.
• Have a genuine passion for setting and achieving high store standards
• Experience a highly customer-focused environment.
• First class communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems
• Excellent coaching and people management skills
• Ability to prioritise all key functional areas within the retail business
• Good analytical skills
• Stock control management
• Experience in fashion desirable but not essential
