With 13 stores in central London and 5 in the UK, we remain ahead of our competition by offering fun and unique in vibrant and constantly evolving stores. We are opening a new store in Southampton. For our new branch, we are looking for to recruit an exceptional Store Manager who is committed to providing excellence in customer service, who have the ability to lead and motivate an enthusiastic team and enjoy involving in a totally hands on role. You will be accountable for the activities of the shop. You will be responsible for: - Delivering sales results - Recruiting and training sales staff - Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance - Reporting back to Head Office - Maintaining knowledge of the company's products and procedures - The day to day running of the busy retail environment - Maintaining the store to exceptional standards - Building business relationship To be considered for this role, you will have already established a strong retail management background and you must be able to demonstrate the following: - Excellent planning and organisation - Managerial skills in retail recruitment, performance management, health and safety - Understand and anticipate customer's needs - Excellent communication skills and organisational skills - Problem solving - Ability to motivate team In return we will reward you with a competitive salary, 50% staff discount and a great working environment.
