Assist the store in delivering people plans through resourcing, development and performance management. To drive and embed operational routines and standards, and to achieve high standards of customer service. Carry out duty manager responsibilities as required, including opening and closing the store. You may have experience in one of the following roles: Store Manager, General Manager, Deputy Manager, Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, Commercial Manager, Brand Manager, Duty Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager, Sales Manager, Service Manager, Stock Manager, Merchandising Manager, Menswear Manager, Womenswear Manager, Ladieswear Manager or other equivalent Manager roles Within: Fashion, sportwear, department store, homeware, interior, supermarket, general merchandise, home improvement / DIY, value, off price or other similar retail environments
