Job Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen to work onsite with a brand new client working as a Relationship and Talent Manager. The successful candidate will be joining the team at the beginning of the contract implementation and will help implement this unique and new service delivery model, which is a brand new challenge for the company as well as the recruitment team.
Main responsibilities include;
To work closely with the client to build and maintain a profile of their business area, organisation structures, identifying key people, alteration in talentpool numbers.
To work closely with the client to build and maintain a profile of their business area, organisation structures, identifying key people, alteration in contractor numbers
To work closely with the Supply Chain, ensuring that they are aware of opportunities where additional resources are required.
To build and maintain a active Talentpool of individuals suitable for assignments within the Authority.
To ensure that the Talentpool is regularly reviewed and refreshed
To manage the ownership of the Talentpool candidates, acting as the arbitrator in ownership discussions between suppliers
To progress Talentpool candidates through the DV clearance process when required
Responsible for producing management information relating to resourcing activity per hiring manager and business area
To work with, and supporting the Recruitment Team on the selection of suitable candidates, knowledge transfer and education on the best ways to attract and manage a candidate through the Recruitment Lifecycle
To act as the point of contact for queries from the Talentpool candidates
Essential skills;
Knowledge of the IT recruitment sector
Strong and proven experience of working in the recruitment industry in a delivery capacity
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable based on client site
Ability to liaise with and influence all levels
Ability to create and use reporting to drive recruitment activity and achievement of KPIs
Confident presentation skills
This role will be based on-site with the client in the Cheltenham area and the successful candidate will need to undergo DV clearance.
