Job Description: 50000-55000 GBP Per Year Emplacement Property Recruitment Regional Manager - Repairs and Maintenance ContractorPublic Sector Maintenance ContractorNewcastle£50,000 - £60,000 Basic plus package5th August 2010If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your own business within a national organisation then this could be the perfect role for you.Our ClientMaintenance Contractor – Repairs and Maintenance We are currently recruiting for a maintenance contractor who provides planned maintenance and responsive repairs to the social housing, local authority and Education SectorsThe roleWe want to hear from ‘locals’ who understand how the North East region works and how to develop lasting relationships with local authorities and RSLs for the provision of FM and property repair and maintenance services.As the Regional Manager, you will form part of the senior regional team and will be accountable for developing new client relationships, pricing local tenders, bidding for small works and identifying new potential customers across the North East.
