Job Description: Our client is a well respected Cardiff based mortgage and protection advisory company who invest in their staff to ensure a happy and productive working environment. They are currently looking for fully qualified mortgage advisors to join their growing team. About the job: Telephone based mortgage and protection sales, using modern technology to give customers remote access to your screen so they can see you working; making it easier to explain products to them. All lead are provided in real time or lined up ready for when you come in to work. Full administration and support from the sales support team, as well as mentoring from managers, 121's, observed calls and coaching to ensure ongoing individual development. Main Responsibilities: �Advising clients on right mortgage products �Processing transactions �Depending on client needs, offer related products such as life insurance, mortgage protection and home insurance �Adhere to compliance requirements �Abide by the company's high quality standards and customer service Person Spec: �Fully CeMAP qualified �Previous financial sales, preferable within a broker environment. Telephone based advice an advantage but not essential (will consider people newly qualified without industry experience as well, as training can be provided) �Highly motivated and professional �Can-do attitude �Flexible approach to working hours in include evenings and weekends (but this is also flexible around your requirements) �Proven track record is advantageous but not essential Benefits: �Extremely competitive uncapped monthly commission - bonus on hitting target �Can take commission only role with greater commission or option to take a basic salary of £15K with slightly reduced commission after 3 month probation period �OTE year 1: £36K �Just out of town, avoiding traffic issues and free parking �Flexible working hours - can do hours that suit you any time over 7 day week (take your two day weekend at any time too) �Use of modern technology making your job more effective and lucrative �Modern friendly office environment with good facilities in immediate area �Casual clothes can be worn as telephone based �All leads provided!
