Job Description: 40000-50000 GBP Per Year BUSINESS SYSTEMS Based in Gloucestershire this is a new position created as a result of the increased growth and development of the company.THE ROLETo manage the provision of day-to-day support and development of ERP, e-commerce platform and other business systems, which are currently being migrating to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The company is experiencing strong revenue growth through new business wins, and therefore leading the process of effective e-trading and integration with new clients and suppliers is a key part of the role.THE PERSONAn ambitious self-motivated team player with an aptitude for implementing innovative solutions and with the technical skills to ensure delivery of agreed projects. Managing an initial team of 4 people, and reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will have good management / coaching skillsESSENTIAL SKILLS1. Recent, demonstrable working experience of managing high-volume e-commerce IT environments2. Supporting and enhancing ERP applications, as well as associated BI applications3. Managing .Net, C# or SQL developers or development projects4. Experience in Microsoft Applications:- BizTalk, SharePoint. Dynamic CRM version 4 systems and NAV experience are an advantage.5. Understanding and specifying / producing complex Business Intelligence reporting6. Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise workload to meet pre-agreed deadlines7. Practical understanding of working in a multi-project environment8. Excellent internal and customer-facing communication skillsDESIRABLE1. Skilled and experienced in SharePoint – ability to manage projects to leverage this application, including middleware, customisations, upkeep, workflows and development2. BSc in a relevant subject or MCTS in SQL or can demonstrate ability/understanding.3.
