As the Commis chef you should be very passionate about food and very determine individual.The ideal Commis Chef will be from a fine dining background and have some knowledge of great quality food and cuisines. The Commis Chef should be hard working, dedicated, passionate, willing, self motivated and eager to learn new skills. Ideally this would suit a Commis Chef who has knowledge of food preparation and looking to drive their career forward, on the job continual training will be available across all Kitchen areas with the direction of the Head Chef.This is a 5 star hotel with fantastic rosette restaurant, this is a ideal opportunity not to be missed by the right Commis Chef.
