Job Description: Job description - Operations Operation Fantastic opportunity for a driven , experienced and forward thinking Operations Manager to join this successful company.The Operations Manager will be reporting directly into the General Manager. The Operations Manager must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all round management experience It will be essential that you enjoy responsibility, managing and developing a team and used to working in a fast paced busy environment.You must have a good head for figures with the ability to control costs and have a clear understanding of a P/L report. As Operations Manager you will be fully responsible for the day to day running of outlet and the development of the business. With full P&L responsibility you will be required to meet highly demanding Turnover, GP and Labour Spend targets. Previous experience within a F&B environment is essential and also experience in managing a large team. Client Profile Our client is a very well known company that caters for events, hotels, airplanes etc. They are looking for a strong pasionate Chefs of all levels to complete there brigades. This company prides themselves on producing only the freshest of ingredients to produce dishes of a very high "CALIBER" and this is reflected also in there staff.This is a great opportunity not to be missed by the right Operations Manager.
