Job Description: HEAD CHEF-TRENDY RESTAURANT - CENTRAL LONDON -£30,000 -£35,000 Job description - Head Chef The ideal Head Chef should have a history of working in high quality restaurant, gastro or branded restaurants . Be able to cope in a high volume pressurised environment.As Head Chef you will be working consistently at a high standard. You will have a very well presented appearance, strong management abilities and excellent communication skills as Head Chef . Being Head Chef you should be ble to manage and teach other ambitious chefs and able to bring your own flair for cooking to the team. As Head Chef you should be confident in preparing and presenting dishes to a very high standard with only the finest, freshest ingredients. Client Profile - Head Chef Our client is a high end Brasserie style restaurant in Central London. They require a talented and capable Head Chef who can bring some of their own flair for cooking to a fast paced kitchen. Everything here is madefrom scratch, so a talented Head Chef who loves working with fresh produce would fit injust right. The food here is simple but tastefu, everything is thought through. This restaurant prides it self on serving simple great tasting food. This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef to further there career along with receiving a great salary and development. Required Experience - HeadChef Previously be working at HEAD CHEF level At least 2years as Head chef Stable working track record Experience working with great quality food High volume experience Good communication skills Proven management background Strong leadership skills Good knowledge of fresh produce Passionate about cooking Salary & Benefits - £30,000- £35,000 depending on exeperience Great working envirinment Bonus Eligibility In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
