Job Description: Description Job description - PASSIONATE- HEAD CHEF- CENTRAL LONDON - £28,000-£35,000 on experience + tips Job description - Head Chef The successful person for this role will be a proven Head Chef with a stable experience in a high volume restaurants. As Head chef you will have a proven and stable background and come from a fine dining restaurant with a minimum of 3 rosettes or Michelin. The Head Chef should be able to operate a busy kitchen and motivate a large team of chefs. This is a very hands on role that requires the Head Chef to be a very passionate and foody person. The ideal Head Chef should have good communication skills and strong leadership ability, together with experience in working in a high volume pressurised environment. This is a very busy restaurant serving nothing but fresh ingredients to produce high quality traditional modern british cuisine with a twist. This is an excellent opportunity for a Head Chef looking to show off there culinary skills and a challenge. Client Profile - Head Chef Our clients are well known restaurants, hotel and event catreing companies based in Central London. They are looking for a strong pasionate Head Chefs to completethere brigades. These companies prides themselves on producing only the freshest of ingredients to produce dishes of a very high "CALIBER" and this is reflected also in there staff. Required Experience -Head Chef A minimum of 1 rosettes or 4/5 star exp High volume experience Management capabilities Self motivated and enthusiatic Good team work skills Good knowledge of fresh food and ingredients be able to assist and maintain high levels of hygiene and food quality Motivated, professional, passionate and financially aware Creative flair with menu designs Excellent communication skills with unit base, staff and clients both verbally and electronically Provided clear paths of developing and training existing brigade Salary & Benefits upto £35,000 depending on experience + tips Eligibility In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
