The ideal Sous-Chef should have a passion for high quality food and is capable of bringing their own flair for cooking to th. The ideal Sous Chef will be a be confident in providing high quality food to large numbers.Sous Chef you would need to oversee food preparations as well as taking responsibility for ordering and stock control. So you will require great cooking skills (or great potential), and a firm commitment to consistency of production. Also have the desire to improve and grow their already impressive cooking skills. Well presented appearance and excellent communication skills. The successful Sous Chef will be able to manage the kitchen and develop other members of staff. Be confident in preparing quality dishes with only the finest sourced Client Profile -Sous Chef Our client is is a prestigious Bespoke Conference and Events suite located in beautiful surroundings in Surrey. They are currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef to strenghten there team. This Centre boast five star luxury facilities with beautiful grounds. The food is based on fresh ingredients and is produced to a very high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef to establish themselves within this environment and expand their knowledge across a range of cuisines.
