Job Description: Job description - EXECUTIVE CHEF-CENTRAL LONDON- RESTAURANT & CHAMPAGNE BAR - £35000 + BONUS SCHEME Job description - Executive Chef Previous experience as an Executive Chef is required. As Executive Chef you must have a sincere passion and interest in food. Being the Executive Chef you should have a solid understanding of developing and maintaining business and the training of staff. You must be a superb all round manager of people, and focused on training and development of the brigade as Executive Chef. You will be incharge of menu planning and design, you will also have a strong knowledge of stock control and ability to maintaining set budget, as well as ensuring that health and safety and food hygiene are maintained to the highest standards possible. You will also be overseeing the running of the fine dining Restaurant, Brasserie as well as the Champagne bar so strong management and leadership skills are needed. As Executive Chef you will need to show ambition, good team leadership skills, self motivation, and that you can thrive under pressure with high energy and drive. Client Profile - Executive Chef Our client is a Restaurant and & Champagne bar situated in Central London. They pride themselves on serving fresh, contemporary food at an affordable price, with different menu so suit everyone. In this cozy environment there menus are versatile enough to suit any occassions whether it being an informal chat are a fine dining setting your after. This is a fantastic experience and would suit an Executive chef who as the experience and the a natural flair cooking and stong management capabilities.
