You will ideally have experience working with the finest quality ingredients. The successful Chef De Partie will be enthusiastic, have a natural passion for food, be able to run the junior members of the team, be able to run own section and be flexible to work across others. Client Profile - Chef De Partie Our client is looking for rosette experience chefs. Ideally witha stable track record in a 4/5 star hotel or restaurant. They pride themselves on using only the finest of ingredients to produce great tasting food. Everything is made from fresh on the day everyday. this is a great opportunity along with a great working environment. Required Experience - at least 2 years experience in similar position - Fine dining background - ideally have rosette experience in a 4/5 star hotel or restuarant - natural passion for food - enthusiastic - proven ability in the kitchen - have experience working with fresh ingredients Salary & Benefits £18,000 - £20,000 great working environment Eligibility In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
